Seline Consultants Limited was registered in 2003 and provides land, engineering and building surveys, digital mapping and CAD services throughout Kenya. Our professional team combines extensive field experience with modern GPS/RTK receivers, total stations and digital processing systems.

Ephraim Maina Rwingo, Consultant Surveyor and Quality Control Officer, holds a master's degree in management from the University of Nairobi, a BSc in Surveying and Mapping Sciences from the University of East London and a Diploma in Land Survey from Kenya Polytechnic.
